I have white spots up inside my vagina. Her stings when I pee. I also have a 1 inch cut at the beginning of my vagina. I went and saw a dr on Wednesday and am not getting any relief. They said I do not have a UTI. What could this be? Oh bummer I can t spend the money

There is a possibility of Vaginal Candida-the thrush. Just apply Clotrimazole oint or Nizoral oint and see if it's relieved.
